We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in identifying, screening, and hiring top talent across roles in our US and UK regions.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing both active and passive candidates and cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for Odessa through innovative outreach methods.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will craft sourcing strategies for various roles including leadership positions.
You will ensure that we provide an excellent candidate experience, while meeting our business goals and filling our vacancies. Ultimately, you will build a strong employer brand for Odessa, to help create strong talent pipelines for current and future talent needs.

What youll do
Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through use of multiple channels and methods. Including, but not exclusive to, LinkedIn, Boolean, Social media.
Proactively build talent pipelines for Technology roles
Create successful sourcing strategies using multiple resources tailored to individual business needs and markets
Conduct detailed candidate screening conversations to qualify prospects for roles
Maintain pipeline funnel metrics and KPIs
Utilise our tools to provide talent market insights and data to influence decisions
Recommend and drive improvements that impact talent pipelines
Lead and prioritise efforts of diversity and inclusion
Create and own an amazing candidate and new hire experience!
Qualifications
2+ years of progressively responsible experience talent acquisition
1+ years of experience working for a product software company or in financial services firm.
Understanding of US, UK talent market
Bachelor s degree in business, accounting, economics, technology, or psychology
Preferred qualifications
Experience in hiring Microsoft Technologies, for Product organizations
