  • A competent professional with more than 4 years of rich experience in Recruiting, Perm. Staffing
  • Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition sites
  • Defining Strategies for the team.
  • Meeting TA demand and supply
  • Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques XRay searching capabilities.
  • Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting Staffing Operations.
  • Ability to meet daily targets.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations
  • Coordinate with team leaders / hiring Managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Proven record of meeting the targets and deadlines in closing the positions


 

  • Proven work experience of 4+ years as a Lead Recruiter.
  • Recruiter, managing full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype Teams etc).
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting, Naukri and other Job Portals).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR Recruiting practices.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Should be an excellent team player
  • Excellent communication interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).
  • Strong Sourcing skills.
