Overall 8-12 yrs. of experience in Analysis, Design, Development & Coding in the Networking/Telecom domain.
At least 5+ years of mandatory experience developing NMS(network management system) products for large networks.
Strong expertise in Core Java and networking domain (routing/switching/optical networking).
Prior EPNM experience is a huge plus.
5+ years of experience using management protocols like Netconf/SNMP/YANG data modelling to interact with the Network elements and agent based monitoring.
Extensive experience implementing FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security).
Good command on Algorithms and data structures, OOAD, Client-server systems, distributed systems and multithreaded programming.
Must have good experience in Agile based project management.
Experience working with micro-service architecture using Docker. Kubernetes is a plus.
Should have exposure to Linux tools related to source code version control, code review, bug tracking, CI/CD, e.g. Git/Gerrit/Jira/Jenkins.
Systematic problem solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
Proven experience in leading SW development teams.
Ability to work in a challenging mode.
Zero defect mindset.
Should be an independent thinker with Excellent communication skills.
Should be able to perform well under pressure with the ability to analyze problems and suggest relevant solutions.
Should be Flexible and adaptable approach to work and have the ability to assimilate knowledge quickly and efficiently.
Qualification:
MTech/BTech/BE/BS in computer science or allied courses
