Managing multiple time-sensitive, highly visible, and End-end complex development projects including staffing, velocity, and fixed bid project
Work with customer and internal teams (onsite, offshore, onsite) to drive the project execution.
Create weekly/monthly project progress reports and conduct meetings with customers to provide constant updates.
Achieve project(s) SLA, KPI, Metrics, velocity, milestones as per executed contract
Create project insights, document them for customer education and sales/marketing case studies.
Conduct Quarterly business reviews with project stakeholders.
Achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction scores.
Maintain business relationships across leadership on multiple projects.
Contribute to technical presales activities like gathering requirements from customers, working with architects for solutions, building proposals, evaluating, and documenting risks and mitigation, and presenting proposals to customers
