Acknowledge ,debug the code ,check the logs and identify the issue.
Interact with the customer and explain, If the issue is at their end.
If there is a code issue it must be redirected to respective engineers.
Create TSGs for the issues
Collaboration with Technical engineers and product Management teams for timely resolution of the issue to customer satisfaction
Skill set required
2-6 Years of experience with C#.net, Trouble shooting skills, Scope Scripting (Cosmos DB) ,Kusto or basic of SQL. No need to work on fixes.
Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed to work successfully with customers in high stress and or ambiguous situations.
Willingness to work in a 24/5 environment with flexibility to work across all shift.
