Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge ,debug the code ,check the logs and identify the issue.
  • Interact with the customer and explain, If the issue is at their end.
  • If there is a code issue it must be redirected to respective engineers.
  • Create TSGs for the issues
  • Collaboration with Technical engineers and product Management teams for timely resolution of the issue to customer satisfaction

Skill set required

  • 2-6 Years of experience with, Trouble shooting skills, Scope Scripting (Cosmos DB) ,Kusto or basic of SQL. No need to work on fixes.
  • Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed to work successfully with customers in high stress and or ambiguous situations.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/5 environment with flexibility to work across all shift.
