Responsibilities:

• Handling global customers and isolate root cause analysis
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Flexibility in work hours to work on customer issues
• To resolve blocking issues and bugs
• Communicating with customers through various channels

Essential Skills:

• Working experience in TAC and Data center environment.
• Good understanding of OSI model , RF transmission & antenna behavior
• Applied Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, switching, routing, firewalls, TCP/IP protocols for wireless products.
• Experience with troubleshooting skills like 802.11x, WLAN authentication, encryption, EAP, PSK, Radius, AAA and DNS
• Handling escalations and resolve multi-vendor customer issues
• Good Knowledge with traffic generators and Well verse with ticketing related process
• Bachelors degree/Diploma with 7+ years of experience.

Consider Favorably:

• Industry accreditation with CWNA, CWAP, CCIE, CCNP, JNCP or other equivalent
• Exposure in Ekahau survey tools.
• Experience with scripting languages: python, bash, perl language
• Working experience in networking products and industries.
