Job Description We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The Key responsibility will be to handle lead validation and handle email marketing using pre - defined templates. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Key Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.

Handle Telephone Calls. And handle Lead Validation and sending the Lead to the concerned executive in the CRM and Whatsapp.

Sending the I level Intro Mail to the Callers as per the pre - defined template.

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements Previous experience in a customer support role.

Track record of over - achieving quota.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

Ability to multi - task , set priorities and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of English , Telugu and Hindi.

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Experience: 1 - 3 years experience in Inbound and Outbound Tele calling.
