About the role:
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to design software, interfaces and workflows to enhance the user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more userfriendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
- Collaborating with Developers to create intuitive, userfriendly software
- Digital Marketing (SEO/ SEM/ Social media marketing/ Content marketing/ email marketing etc)
- Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, Social banner, Blogpost banner,brochure,flyer)
- Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
- Able to analyse web data (Google Analytics/ Google search console etc) identify problems/ shortcomings and take remedial measures for resolution.
Desired Skills and Competencies :
- Strong proficiency with web technologies such as: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript. Proven experience with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Knockout or Backbone.
- Experience with developing for cross-browser compatibility Experience with UX design and prototyping.
- Should have strong experience in Photoshop (Adobe creative suite).
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues.
- Experience in Responsive Web Design and UI/UX Concepts. Knowledge of Angular.js and Illustrator is a plus.
- Bachelor s Degree or Master s in computer science or related field, or its equivalent.
- 3 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Analytical mind with a business acumen.
