Conduct competitive analysis of other similar products that operate in the same space.
Conduct analysis of B2C products and make recommendations for how we might modernize our products similarly.
Work with Product Management team & Field/Customer to understand the requirements and customer needs.
Conduct User researches, and define User Personas.
Create flow mock-ups in an effort to simplify features/functionalities in the product.
Provide feedback and mock-ups of visual design for these products
Act as the visual design subject matter expert for all GUI based products.
Conduct usability studies with internal and external customers and make recommendations/design changes based on findings.
Analyse customer needs based on our target demographic and website/application data.
Participate in designing features/functionalities (from UX perspective) for all Products..
Create design documentation that specifies work required from UI team and coordinate with UI development team on UX design, UI screens & help to clarify all for UI development.
Work closely with extended UX team including conducting design reviews and ensuring work is in-line with overall UX focus of the org.
Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management.
Required Skills:
Bachelor s Degree in UX Design, Computer Design, Development or Engineering required.
Superior knowledge of all Adobe products, including InDesign and Illustrator.
Advanced understanding of visual design principles.
Experience conducting usability tests and presenting recommendations to senior management.
