Supporting team in understanding of business processes to envision and deliver end-to-end experiences that help users to feel connected, productive, and successful.
Critique design work and providing actionable feedback to ensure design quality.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, and engineering to ensure a smooth product development process. Fostering a shared understanding of the user-centric intersection between design, customers, business, and engineering.

Requirement
10 years of experience in UX Design (not visual).
3 years of experience managing or leading design teams.
Experience shepherding designs throughout an agile development process.
Experience balancing product, development, and user-centered goals.
Experience working on a product from inception to shipment.
Effectiveness in working across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Able to understand complex problems and find simple solutions. Can communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences.
