Technical skill you should have
	- 5 - 8 years of experience in developing user experience solutions with agile methodology.
- Experience with user interface design and prototyping.
- Hands on experience in the rapid prototyping platform Figma.
- Strong experience in Prototyping, product/interaction/visual design/prototype using tools such as Zeplin
- Utilizing Existing Data, Hypothesis Writing, Problem & Needs Statements
- Strong experience in User Flows, Low Fidelity Prototyping, High Fidelity Prototyping
- Proficiency in Component Libraries, Front-End Development Fundamentals (CSS, HTML, JS), Front-End Development Feasibility, Writing (Grammar, Spelling, Punctuation), Writing Style Guide, Writing Brand Identity.
- Must have graphic design skills such as posters and logos.
- Proficient in interaction design and information architecture
- Clear understanding of visual hierarchy and information design concepts
- Strong understanding of colour, layout, and typography
- Generate engaging designs that maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production phases.
- The ability to provide detailed specifications and/or optimized HTML and CSS prototypes for the front-end Development team to work from
- The ability to quickly turn around rigorous wireframes and mock-ups in an iterative environment.
What Youll Need as a UX/UI Designer
	- Experience building large scale web applications and designing efficient scalable enterprise software

- Experience in partnering with cross functional teams in launching new products and improvements to existing features.
- An innate capacity for creating engaging, highly usable designs and layouts.
- Experience with designing end-user, web-based applications.
- Fluency in best practices for Information Architecture and Interaction Design.
