JOB DETAIL

Windows System Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Active Directory skills including GPOs, building and upgrading domains, forests, RODC server core, site topology, domain trust, LDAP integration with apps, security/delegation control, TCP/IP DNS, DHCP, Schema update and certificate trust
  • Managing and monitoring AD Inter and Intra replication, DNS Zones and records.
  • Ensuring the proper assignment and configuration of FSMO roles.
  • Configuring forest-wide Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) settings.
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking and protocols (DNS, ICMP, SMB, SSL/TLS, etc.)
  • Strong experience on Windows 2012 2016 troubleshooting and Clustering concepts
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Active Directory, MDT for OS deployment, DNS, DHCP, email administration, Hyper-V, Bit locker, Patch management.
  • Support IT infrastructure systems and services with 24x7 on-call rotating support
  • Hands-on expertise on DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Routers
  • Experience handling enterprise-level anti-virus, intrusion detection
  • Experience handling Windows Mac machines with knowledge of Active Directory
  • Laptop Desktop, Server Troubleshooting, Active Directory Management, VPN and Network Troubleshooting, Excellent Communication Skills
  • Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting Apple, Windows devices.
  • Desktop Support with impactful problem-solving techniques.
