Roles and Responsibilities
- Support and manage HCM systems &operations globally, in alignment globally r managing employee data administration by ensuring accuracy and timely maintenance
- Work with cross-functional teams to gain deep understanding of process and pain points.
- Perform analysis of existing business processes, identify,and evaluate possible re-configuration/ solutions in response to business issues and challenge.
- Load, manipulate, audit, and report on data and make complex mass changes or perform other direct data updates, as considered necessary including building inbound and outbound EIBs.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in HCM systems with Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday experience and expertise on one or many modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Absence and Time Tracking).
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with HR processes and operations. Excellent aptitude for technology with ability to quickly learn new software and applications.
- Expert knowledge in Workday integration tools such as Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Experience in managing Workday data mass uploads and maintain data Integrity.
- Excellent analytical skills and project planning concepts and practices capabilities; ability to think critically about a problem and provide solutions.
- Thorough understanding of the Workday platform, Organization Structure,business process framework, cross functional implications, reporting and security.
