Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing & Shortlisting candidates as per business requirement
- Process & policy adherence in all cases
- Timely communication with all stakeholders involved in the hiring process
On Boarding & Induction
- Completing joining formalities on day 1 and sharing necessary updates with GBSS/TPP Vendor & Business IT team
- Conducting a brief induction for all new joinees covering details about the organization, business verticals, relevant employee policies & processes.
- Ensuring process adherence for all employee confirmations.
Performance Management
- Updating of KRA's for all employees in the zone (SO & Above in the PMS system).
- Anchoring the regional performance evaluation & benchmarking discussions.
- Taking necessary actions post mid-term and end-term performance evaluations
Exit Formalities
- Updating resignations in the system and informing all stakeholders.
- Conducting a detailed exit interview and sharing the same with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Helping exiting employee complete exit formalities, to ensure timely processing of FnF
R&R & Employee Engagement
- Effectively utilize the time available in MRM's.
- Cascade the R&R activities in the defined zone, in coordination with BHR team. o Conducting engagement activities, in line with the set annual calendar.
- Conducting timely process & policy refreshers.
Grievance Management
- Handling queries raised via e-connect within defined TAT.
- Resolving employee issues that get raised from time to time.
- Visit employees in the field from time to time, to keep a pulse of what is happening in the field.
- Highlight recurring issues to relevant stakeholders. Employee Relation
- Use data received via predictive analysis to proactively address concerns of top performers by conducting regular dialogues with HiPo's
Dashboard & MIS
- Attrition Update & Analysis o Recruitment update & Analysis o Payroll inputs o Update on R&R and Engagement activities o Any other update based on business requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience required in Talent acquisition(HR) Skills:
- Core HR Knowledge
- Willingness to work as per requirement.
- Good communication skills both in regional language and English
