JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to handle the full employee life cycle from on-boarding, joining formalities, employee benefits plan, Insurance management, Exit Management, Leave & Attendance Management, Employee background verification and following processes and managing HR data & systems to ensure accuracy at all times.

1. HR Operations

  • Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
  • Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases
  • Preparing the joining data report (MIS), Employee ID creation, PF report preparation.
  • Managing employee attendance and leave records.
  • Handling the full separation process of employees from resignation to employee full n final.
  • Ensuring that the end to end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times.
  • Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies.
  • Handling the employee database and queries.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Able to work under pressure and in tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders

Location - Bhiwandi

Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience - 3 to 7 Years
