JOB SUMMARY:

  • Position Title: Business Development Executive
  • Job Location: Pune- Hinjewadi/ Bhopal (Currently remote due to COVID-19)
  • Job Timing: US Shift: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
  • Experience: 5+ years of Lead Gen experience for IT Services to US Based Clients (Industry: Healthcare, Legal, BFSI)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities i.e. mapping of the leads / lead generation via email and calls.
  • Lead Generation through ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outbound sales, Email outreach, cold calling etc.
  • Lead generation through follow-ups after a conference and business event.
  • Schedule meetings for US Business development team before any conference (via conference database) or otherwise.
  • Establish relation with current clients for referral and upselling of the services / products.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and outreach.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Support in developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

  • MUST: Experience selling IT Services (e.g. Software Services, Projects, Offshore Staffing Sales) to USA based Clients
  • MUST: Experience speaking with US Based clients on phone / emails / etc.
  • MUST: excellent communication & writing skills and business etiquettes
  • MUST: Ability to speak about the IT Services and Technology
  • Ability to gather requirements, create various documentations
  • Deep interest in technology and utilization of social media
  • Have the capability to build the relation with end customer
  • Should like working in a fast-paced environment
