Job Summary:
Job Title: Human Resource
Location: Pune, Bhopal (Currently remote due to COVID-19)
Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
Experience: 4+ years in relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Taking care of talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee personnel records.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Organize trainings, and monitor its effectiveness.
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, apply new perks and benefits, and organize team-building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Have 4+ years of experience working in a recruiting management function within the IT industry or the equivalent.
- Previous experience in Human Resources Management
- Advanced HR certification and Master's degree preferred.
- Have solid leadership skills, strong technical knowledge, a basic understanding of AGILE methodology, and a drive to succeed.
- Should have strong Communication Skills & Negotiation Skills.
- Strong Business Acumen, Project Management and People skills
- Strong Time Management, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
