Job Summary:

Job Title: Human Resource

Location: Pune, Bhopal (Currently remote due to COVID-19)

Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST

Experience: 4+ years in relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Taking care of talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee personnel records.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Organize trainings, and monitor its effectiveness.
  • Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, apply new perks and benefits, and organize team-building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Have 4+ years of experience working in a recruiting management function within the IT industry or the equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources Management
  • Advanced HR certification and Master's degree preferred.
  • Have solid leadership skills, strong technical knowledge, a basic understanding of AGILE methodology, and a drive to succeed.
  • Should have strong Communication Skills & Negotiation Skills.
  • Strong Business Acumen, Project Management and People skills
  • Strong Time Management, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
