The DBA should be Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for Database Administration
Upgrade, configure, tune, and debug all components of the Oracle EBS R12 Applications technology stack including Oracle 10g databases
Monitor database performance, space utilization, identify potential problems and ensure data integrity and data availability
Plan, execute, and support continuous production rollouts of new Oracle EBS functionality
Provide evaluation, architecture, and integration skills to implement and support 3rd Party products within the Oracle framework
Experience with problem analysis/resolution for OS, database, and middle tier technologies
Oracle Applications administration experience through R12.2 including installations
Good communication skills
