Leading IT company is looking For Regional Trainer - PAN India

Role : Regional Trainer

Location : PAN INDIA - Raipur, Bhopal, Jabalpur and Aurangabad

Qualification : Any Graduate

Work Experience : Min 1 to 3 years as a Trainer

Roles & Responsibilities :

* Train the associates/trainers regarding Product specific, Exam specific and process specific across the various teams.

* Creating training feedback, status reports, analyzing feedback and other training process

* Interacting with Managers for understanding the training needs and schedule training sessions accordingly.

* Executing training sessions thru Face to face, Webinar, Concall based for groups and ensure good feedback

* Understand the challenges faced by the Operations Teams and interact with project management team and impart training to operations team

* Should be good team player

Required Technical Skill Set :

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point, Operating system concepts, basic programming concepts, Networking and hardware concepts.

Salary : Upto 4 LPA and negotiable based on no.of relevant work experience
