- Comfortable driving development from a sketch to a polished product.  
- Monitoring and improving the frontend performance  
-Ability to resolve the cross browser issues.  
- Ability to develop the unit test cases and compile reports.  
-Knowledge on the UI Accessibility concepts.  
-Knowledge on creating the reusable components , Webpack, Bable,eslint.  
- Ability to communicate effectively with a software development team on tight deadlines
