• Identify and develop business opportunities.
• Calling to customer on regular basis to capture the new client and business opportunities.
• Filter contacts from various sources as per the focus for database creation.
• Prepare run mailing campaigns based on the generated database.
• Manage mailing campaigns to keep track of mails and their replies.
• Update the CRM as per the campaign status once the campaigns are over
• Post-conference mailing and follow-up including calling.
• Attend events and support in planning the events and fixing up meetings with prospects.
• Perform market research to identify new potential target customers.
• Participate and contribute ideas in the strategy for generating leads.
• Support and create proposals for customers.
• Work on the leads received from digital marketing initiatives including website.
• Client communications and relationship management where and when required.
• Any other activity as per instructions from supervisor.

Requirements (Qualification and Experience):

• MBA or equivalent degree with 5+ years experience
• Excellent communication skill, customer management and account management skills.
• Exp. in international sales in IT/Software industry.
