Responsibilities:

• 2 to 5 years End to End Recruitment Experience, should be Consultancy background.

• Candidates having Experience in interacting with clients, Internal and External hiring.

• Strong experience in Sourcing profiles for various requirements through strategies such as -cold calling/Email/Networking/market research activities.

• Experience on working with any job portals Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.

• Should be well versed with Communication skills and handling circumstances..

• Well versed with Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions.

• Must have knowledge of client management life-cycle.

• Must able to handle pressure complete the recruitment targets as set by company.
