Roles Responsibilities

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
  • Fulfilling technical sales requirements as per the given targets.
  • Cold calling as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identifying potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization, and the business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company s practice leaders/Principals.
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to develop proposals that speak to the client s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service and internal and external client debriefs.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
  • Identifying service improvements or new technology or services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events, exhibitions and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Identify opportunities and develop the company s unique selling propositions.
  • Client Retention by presenting new services and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate, and ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company s CRM or other sales management system.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
  • Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
  • Understand the company s goal and purpose so that it will continually enhance the company s performance.

Primary Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skill
  • Bachelor s or master s degree with a concentration in marketing sales or business administration preferred. Should have knowledge of E-commerce, CMSs (WordPress) and having a technical background (B.Tech) would be an add on
  • Business development knowledge Experience in WordPress, Shopify, React, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing.
  • Knowledge of documentation (Proposals, Presentations, MOMs, Contract NDAs)
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Slides) knowledge (Expertise will be an add on)
  • Sales pitch/Elevator pitch knowledge and experience
  • Knowledge experience of bidding portals LinkedIn
  • Must have done Monthly hot/ sales qualified leads as 30+
