Roles and Responsibilities

Facilitates the team s planning process (Scrum,PI) - monitoring scrum teams day to day development activity for continued process improvements through facilitating daily stand-ups, grooming, planning, review and retro sessions.
Develops roadmap and project timelines, deliverables, resources, tasks, dependencies etc

Identify and collaborate with appropriate departments to make risk assessments, determine dependencies, while gathering feedback from appropriate areas.
Establishing standards and procedures regarding the Agile process.
Solid demonstrated proficiency in the use and/or understanding of project tracking and management tools such as JIRA for scrum board and Kanban boards.
Should be able to represent good understanding on various metrics to be produced and yielding results out of the same

Desired skills:

Any Bachelors degree with Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) as a nice to have

Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2 years across several product development teams.

Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Paired Programming and Automated Testing.

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

Knowledge of other Agile approaches such as Kanban is a plus. - Excellent communication (oral written) and mentoring skills.
