Roles and Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

• Internet protocols and internet security settings for the use of IT across departments and projects.
• Maintain IT asset data and logs
• Provide technical support on systems
• Troubleshoot incidence, request, attend, solve, escalate if need be and report status
• Install and configure software and hardware. (printers, network cards etc.)
• Monitor system and network performance.
• Performance maintenance activities. (e.g. backups, system data cleaning, management of data, recovery, rollback)
• Follow up with assigned tasks(e.g. Tickets) to closure
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
• License Management and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
• Performs IT support duties as assigned by reporting manager
• Continuously communicate with Planys member about IT Framework and Policy (ITFP) and compliance
• Participate in ISO or quality management of IT assets
• Maintain integrity of IT assets
• Follow the principles and values of IT discipline
