Windows Desktop and Server administration

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues users encounter

• Install, configure, test and maintain Windows operating systems, application software and system management tools

• Data backup and restore

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure

• Anti-virus and patch management

• Provide 2nd level Network Support on Switches, routers & firewall

• Fundamental knowledge Infosec technologies and products

• Respond to and resolve help desk requests

• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

• Change management Changes to IT Infrastructure

Candidate Profile:

• BE/BTech with 2 to 4 years of experience in Windows Servers and Windows 10 Pro & above

• Level 2 Network support

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Need to support production on 24x7$

• MCSE, CCNA, Azure certification would be added advantage
