Role: Internal Marketing Executive Experience: 2 to 3 years No of Positions: 1 Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Job Description Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organizations strategic vision.

 Work with HR , marketing, and leadership to plan and craft internal announcements and other internal communications Craft internal communications around new products, projects, and initiatives

 Work cross functionally to develop and produce all-employee events, including Town Halls, Q A sessions, and employee engagement events Develop and manage ongoing internal communication strategy and execution Develop diverse communication channels, e.g. intranet, social media, print, digital screens, email as the appropriate means for communicating with employees depending on the nature and context of different communications.

Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, social work, Human Resources or related field is required 2 to 3 years direct internal communications or public relations experience is required Excellent written and verbal communications required. Superior organization and project/program management skills. Proficient in Microsoft office tools
