Responsible to lead the operation of E-Commerce platform
Experience in selection, training and managing team to execute and effectively operate the e-commerce platform
Prepare effective and practical operation SOP and guidelines
Manage third party vendor relationship, coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings, generate reports to review operations and support the day-to-day business operations.
Review the current inventory and replacement processes across E-Commerce accounts and improve the operational efficiency.
Work with development team to improve the e-commerce platform to ensure premium customer experience
Instrumental in setting up new customer accounts at company working with internal and external partners. Participate in brainstorming and process review sessions to scale up the operations.
Work with E-Commerce team to review/setup operational KPIs and deliver on those KPIs with distribution team, warehouse team and external vendors.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or Information Systems.
Minimum 1 year Experience in E-Commerce Full Fledge Management / Operation
Minimum 8 years Supply Chain experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in working with and coordinating with 3rd party such as suppliers, courier companies and payments gateways.
