What we look for in you as a Senior Software Development Engineer I :
- Strong problem solving, design, and programming skills
- Design, architect, and develop large-scale technical solutions for the requirements
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Understanding of concepts like OOPs, AJAX, and SOA
- Expertise in designing and developing web applications using the latest web development technologies
- Being a team player and working towards the achievement of team goals
- Providing support and guidance, consistent with the departmental and company goals, to others in their team
- Experience with Open Source technologies like Ruby on Rails (RoR), MySQL, and Apache will be a plus
- Familiarity with Cloud computing environments like Amazon EC2, Rackspace, and Engine Yard will be a plus
- Exposure to an Agile development environment will be a plus
