Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage & lead end to end technical recruitment delivery of multiple accounts by driving a team of recruiters.
• Allocation of requirements to the team members assessing the band width of an individual.
• Involve in all recruitment strategies & methodologies such as screening, selection, interviewing, planning & budgeting as per client requirements.
• Drive the hiring process in a high-volume/ time-sensitive environment, working directly with the clients.
