1) To handle Call Centre IT Support from end to end users including AMC, CSC, and Intranet Users and to do maintain Audio/Video Conferencing Bridge, Configuration, Maintenance, Backup/Troubleshooting.

2) IIS Configuration, Application Support and Maintenance of Applications Service availability, Radware Load balancer configuration.

3) Need IT.Net and Strong IIS Administration along with Scripting knowledge.

4) To do the Application deployment and to Provide Technical Support for end users

5) To coordinate with Vendors/Dev/Business teams related to application queries.

6) To coordinate with different teams (Development, Business, Systems team)for any technical implications/performance/challenges/new changes for Business requirements

7) To maintain the applications and perform health checks before business starts-backup applications on timely manner- critical functionality checks etc.

8) Should be willing to work in rotational shifts.


1) Microsoft-Windows IIS, Linux, Apache, Tomcat, SQL, Java, Scripting (PowerShell /VBScript), Knowledge and hands on Experience from Call Centre Applications(Aspect, Audio and Video Conferencing).
