Branch Manager- Financial Services/ E-governance
- Preparing monthly MIS reports.
- Must have Sales Background of Financial Services
- Build and sustain a mature and knowledgeable team.
- Ensure knowledge of and compliance with company integrity policies.
- Drive and cascade commercial and compliance priorities in your branch.
- Experience in Government Sector Liaisoning for financial products.
- Responsible for business development of financial products viz. Equity, Derivatives, Currency.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction opportunities and drive loyalty strategies to grow revenue.
- Create environment to foster team work, professional development, and high level of employee satisfaction.
- Make significant contributions to the quality and quantity of institutional partnerships and partnerships with government.
- Lead and build multiple Financial Products brand like - Derivatives, Commodities, Arbitrage, RTA, Initial Public Offer (IPO), Depository Participant & Mutual Funds performance driven culture of integrity and compliance & Wealth Management.
- Working closely with the state-level government officials, allied departments, State level Senior Citizens Welfare Committee and the Management & Executive teams.
- Ensure that team members bring their individual skills, expertise and competencies to form a cohesive and supportive team to achieve goals and objectives in an accountable manner.
- Organizing review meetings with Management & Executive teams in Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly & Annually on the performance in the development of the program.
- Assume line management of Field, Connect Centre, Communication, IT, Human Resource (HR) & Finance.
- Responsible for managing assigned business activities, initiatives and related operations to achieve business plans and profitability of the branch.

- Strong leadership skills and experienced in all aspects of people management.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport at all levels internally/externally.
- Proven ability to define, communicate and effectively implement business strategies.
- Ability to communicate at senior business levels and the ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages.

Educational Qualifications:
Graduate or Post Graduate or equivalent in fields of Finance /Management or PGDM in Management/Community Development.
