Role: Senior / Lead Business Analyst Project Domain: Insurance Experience: 6+ years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Requirements: Experience of 6+ years in Insurance domain At least 1+ years of working onsite at client locations implementing Insurance Software solution Added advantage Expertise and experience in General insurance Property Casualty / Medical Insurance/ Health Care insurance etc., any insurance implementation is must. Good Insurance domain knowledge

Excellent command over oral and written English Should have done Business Requirement Study directly with Insurance Company Responsibilities: Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders. Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders. Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.

Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future. Excellent documentation skills Creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications. Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution. Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables. Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering.
