Job Description:
- Good skills in Gathering the requirements and good documentation skills
- Ability to understand implicit and explicit requirements of the product implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute the requirements successfully
- Ability to co-ordinate with different stake holder and follow up on the implementation
- Ability to do UAT testing
- Dedicated team player who is both self-directed & willing to multi-task on various projects
- Have the following technical skills: Proficient Microsoft Office User, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Proficient in the use of Jira Agile delivery tool
- Experience in Telecom Domain- OSS/BSS
- Wireless or Wireline
- Exposure to Lead to Cash process
