Hands-on role for requirement elicitation, scope definition
Take the complete ownership in defining the scope for delivery, elicit the requirements , validate, analyze and document (BRD/FSD) the agreed requirements, obtain clear sign off.
Work closely with the project /engineering / testing teams and explain the requirements and solution for the same
Work closely with client teams for User testing, and smooth roll out of the solutions
Must have attributes and skills:
Minimum 10+ years hands-on experience in Banking Operations covering General banking - Retail and Whole sale products / Payments and Remittances / Depository services / Loans and Advances / Branch and Central Processing units.
Hands on with Projects involving Banking systems implementation, BPR, Large / Medium scale solution designing, Business Analyst / SME role with at least 2 projects
Implementation experience including Business User front ending, from Requirement elicitation till UAT support, System Parameter / Controls / Data setup, Data Migration, Cut-over management, Training, End user hand holding.
Define and & Design Business process flows, User interface, Dash boards, Checks and Controls, Reports and MIS, Business integrations.
Provide functional and domain inputs as SME, Conceptualize / Consult / Create apt solutions to enhance User experience, Operational efficiency, Risk and controls, Value creation and Business throughput at Reduced cost.
Provide clear inputs to Technical / Testing teams for system designing, Knowledge transfer and guidance, Conduct Business Flow validation testing of Solutions, UAT handholding & problem resolution.
Effective documentation including BRD, Solution document, Training materials, User Manuals.
Effective communication skills, excellent presentation skills, with passion to influence

Experience as a product owner in agile implementations
Knowledge of various collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence
