About the Role:

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales executive to generate quality leads. To be successful as an inside sales executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. Ultimately, a top performing inside sales executive should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling, emailing & social media reach.
  • Positioning our services & product offerings to global customers.
  • Identify new prospects, build a strong & active sales pipeline
  • Following up with potential prospects using Zoho CRM
  • Actively participate in team meetings and proven ability to improve sales skills
  • Executive will use their skills to continuously find and engage new customers and opportunity targets  

Skill requirements:

  • Min 1-3 years of international experience in software services sales or related experience from IT companies
  • Well known English knowledge skills
  • Experience communicating with US/Canada/EU clients
  • Demonstrate effective time management and organization skills
  • Proven sales experience -presales, lead generation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong international cold calling and email writing skills
  • Experience working in CRM tools, LinkedIn, MS Office
  • Knowledge on market research and ability to identify decision makers, data validation
