About the Role:
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales executive to generate quality leads. To be successful as an inside sales executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. Ultimately, a top performing inside sales executive should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling, emailing & social media reach.
- Positioning our services & product offerings to global customers.
- Identify new prospects, build a strong & active sales pipeline
- Following up with potential prospects using Zoho CRM
- Actively participate in team meetings and proven ability to improve sales skills
- Executive will use their skills to continuously find and engage new customers and opportunity targets
Skill requirements:
- Min 1-3 years of international experience in software services sales or related experience from IT companies
- Well known English knowledge skills
- Experience communicating with US/Canada/EU clients
- Demonstrate effective time management and organization skills
- Proven sales experience -presales, lead generation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong international cold calling and email writing skills
- Experience working in CRM tools, LinkedIn, MS Office
- Knowledge on market research and ability to identify decision makers, data validation
