Job description 
Telecalling, Telemarketing or Telesales role with minimum 1 year experience in Insurance or Health Sector 
B.Sc or Knowledge in Nutrition and dietetics is a definite advantage.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Graduation is essential 
• Minimum 1 year work experience in tele calling, call centre, Insurance sales, telemarketing, health care services 
• Process knowledge of handling telesales of healthcare products and services is an added advantage 
• Freshers with relevant qualifications would be considered 

Role, Responsibilities & Skills:

• Tele sales and Telemarketing of our health programs and products across all verticals 
• Undertake the one month intensive product training program 
• Follow organizational protocol w.r.t. tele calling process, recording of customer information, customer feedback, etc. 
• Excel at customer service and telephone etiquette best practices 
• Ability to handle customer queries effectively and communicate the selling points of the products or services 
• Employ strong interpersonal skills and convince potential customers about relevant products or services based on needs mentioned 
• Ability to work well independently as well as in groups 
• Demonstrate superior time management skills and achieve monthly sales targets for attractive incentives
