Roles and Responsibilities
As the Sr Business Manager, you will be accountable for –
As the Senior Business Manager, you will be accountable for the following
hybrid/combination profile which will constitute of Business Development (40%) and
rest (60%) will be servicing the clients and managing key relationships & recruitment.
Roles and responsibilities include –
- Business Development: Conduct research to identify new clients, build pipeline,
take a consultative approach of identifying client requirements and provide the best
recruitment model/solutions.
- Account Management (of select accounts): End to end account management and
building strong relationships with clients.
- Point of contact for the Founder/CEO: Serves as the primary point of contact for
internal/external communication; organize and coordinate executive outreach and
business relationships; and oversees special projects.
- Manage/grow key relationships with media/influencers/partners: Undertake
marketing/PR related initiatives from HR Consulting perspective.
- Social Media Marketing –Ensuring presence and reaching out to the decision
makers on various social media platforms.
This is an individual contributor role, where the focus is on innovative sourcing
strategies, managing key clients and getting maximum closures in the most efficient
and collaborative manner.

1. Have a proven track record of achieving maximum closures for the company
2. Be proficient in using innovative sourcing strategies including social media and
industry mapping
3. Be well experienced with mid, senior and leadership level hiring across sectors
4. Have excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
5. Focus on continuously engaging with the clients and providing timely feedback to
the team/candidates.
6. Be highly agile and collaborative in your work approach
7. Create value for all the stakeholders by delivering high-quality results and be
accountable for the outcomes
8. Have an eye for detail and ensure zero errors throughout the hiring process
