Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer
Location: Chennai
Shift - Rotational
Required skills:
- 1 to 2 yrs of experience in Product & application support in the Production Environment
- Experience in application deployment in Cloud (preferable MS Azure, AWS)
- Analyze the issues reported through Logs & Cloud environment
- Monitor the application (product) for CPU utilization(Health Checks)
- Resolve the problems within the SLA
- Responsible for troubleshooting incidents and working towards the resolution
- Providing L2 Support to Partners and Enterprise customers
- Prompt and effective communication to customers
- Coordinate with the Technical team of the Client
- Coordinate with the Technology team for product/application queries
- Provide KT to the other team members
- Open to work in 24x7 support environment (Rotational Shifts)
- Works with cross-functional teams to proactively address support issues/queries
- Managing SOPs
- Responsible for product & Project implementation/upgrade & Support
- Should have experience managing Windows and Linux environments
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
NICE TO HAVE
- Technical knowledge in SQL and MongoDB is added advantage
- Understanding Azure DevOps & AWS Code Pipeline is added advantage
- Experience in handling tickets in ITSM tools such as Servicenow, FreshService, etc.
