JOB DETAIL

  • Attend to customer queries over phone and provide information regarding products and services of the company
  •  
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns with empathy
  •  
  • Use of our standard templates for guidance and reply to the mails received from customers
  •  
  • Receive sales enquiries, forward the same to the Sales Managers and update in CRM
  •  
  • Process the orders taken by the sales team including customer confirmation
  •  
  • Receive and forward service requestscomplaints to the Service Manager and update the same in CRM
  •  
  • Follow up with the respective departments for appropriate action and timely resolution of customer issues
  •  
  • Escalate unresolved customer grievances or issues to the senior management as per our SOPs
  •  
  • Update and maintain the entire details of customers, their transactions and interactions with the company in the CRM.
  •  
  • Submit MIS reports on a regular basis to Senior Management

 

Desired Profile Education :

Graduates Diploma Holders in any discipline

Experience :

6 months - 2 years of experience in attending to customer calls (inbound and outbound)
Freshers without experience may be considered for trainee position

Languages :

Should be conversant in English and Tamil. Knowing Hindi will be an added advantage.

Others :

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Suite (G Suite)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to patiently listen and understand customer requests
Hardworking and efficient with a collaborative team spirit
High level of personal integrity and ethics
Must pass pre-employment tests (including background checks)
