Key Responsibility

:

Answer the phone calls and respond to the customer requests.
Will be responsible for Inbound / Outbound customer calls.
Ability to learn customer service software applications.
Ability to serve customers politely at all the times.
Resolving the customer queries.
Recommend process improvements.
Should be a Committed, self-starter and result oriented.
Follow the work ethics & should be a team player.
Building rapport with customers.
Should apply Analytical & Logical skills. Desired Profile

:

Excellent in communication skills.
Should have a minimum of six months experience in Voice-process.
Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation and commitment to customer delight are a must.
Passionate to speak with US / UK customers.
Building a rapport with customers.
Proficient in MS-Office & surfing the internet.
Good in Analytical & Logical ability.
Ability to serve customers politely at all times.
Willing to work in Night shifts (US / UK time zone).
