Role requirements:

Work closely with business leaders to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.

Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.

Work with the businesss departmental heads, management, and key stakeholders, in developing detailed business requirements, conducting gap analysis, creating functional designs, and guiding the businesss leadership through analytical data processing when needed.

Identify, evaluate, and document data sources in support of project requirements. Build and operationalize processes that ensure timely data-loading and maintain the accuracy and relevance of data.

Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies. Develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.

Utilize data to guide assigned business departments through all programs and initiatives, enabling continuous improvement in data quality, departmental performance, and overallbbusiness performance.

Qualifications

Background:

A Bachelors Degree in computer science, engineering or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience is required.

2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a complex business environment (SaaS industry preferred) and systems preferred.

A systematic solid, and logical approach to problem-solving.

Knowledge of SaaS business model, SaaS technologies, and related applications.

Robust SQL and Google Sheets/Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools.

Development experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Collaborative mindset this is a highly cross-functional role. A do-what-it-takes attitude with attention to detail.
