The analyst must demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Candidates would be assessed based on the following capabilities:
Technical capabilities:
- Strong data management abilities and experience in reporting packages (Excel and/or SQL, Power BI
- The role requires a minimum of 3years of experience in using SQL.
- Strong understanding of automation configuration, formula fields, workflows, and other content of intermediate complexity and the use of this in applications
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with extensive experience preparing data reports and providing data analysis
- Experience on a reporting/operational role, in a Sales or Marketing Operations environment (desired).
Working capabilities:
- Managing the Commercial Operations ticket requests that are allocated to you and driving completion of these
- Managing of sales orders by supporting the correct use of Salesforce and Xactly (among other CRMs)
- Working with teams such as Finance, Operations and others to support with Sales information where appropriate
- Day to day management of data flowing into the Xactly Compensation Management system, including uploads, quota changes and adding/editing/deleting records as a result of staff changes.
- Maintaining Xactly platform to deliver a performant and usable system for the business
- Maintaining and creating user and technical documentation to ensure theyre up to date and accurate
- Supporting the evaluation, scope, and documentation of change requests for delivery by the sales management and Xactly consultants
- Reporting and dashboard maintenance in Xactly to support wider business users and stakeholders
- Any other tasks as required by the Commercial Operations Team Leader or Commercial leadership team.
Languages:
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written in English is a must.
