1) Good expertise in any one RDBMS Oracle or MSSQL

2) Experience and knowledge in installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of databases for Standalone and high availability clustering architectures.

3) Good experience to build & design queries for performance.

4) Comprehensive knowledge and experience in managing and maintenance of database activities such as user management, backup, archiving, storage ,security and performance fine tuning

5) Knowledge in cloud databases & big data databases such as Postgres, MongoDB or MySQL will be an added advantage

6) Good written and verbal communication skills
