  • Develops, implements, tracks and optimizes digital marketing campaigns including web, email, social media and display advertising from concept to execution across all digital channels. Identifies target audiences and creatively devises and leads marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivates customers.
  • Dives deep into customer data and translates findings into actionable marketing campaigns. Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Develops and manages lead generation campaigns that optimize cost and performance.
  • Optimizes brand and product messaging. Drives product awareness using creative and cost-effective strategies. Brainstorms new and creative marketing strategies. Strong focus on reaching ROI and KPI objectives.
  • Contributes to website development. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests. Continuously evaluates customer experience across multiple channels and optimizes user experience.
  • Manages and maintains the website. Tracks and analyses website traffic flow. Devises strategies for improving traffic, reducing website bounce rate and meeting conversion targets.
  • Continually and collaboratively works with the technical team on improving the Search Engine Optimization of the Website.
  • Owns and drives social media strategy. Designs build, manages and maintains a strong social media presence across all Social Media platforms. Builds and nurtures social media platform-specific communities and audiences. Manages and monitors the social presence and online reputation of the Website.
  • Creates appropriate digital content such as infographics, newsletters, videos briefs, case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers use for social media purposes and for distribution to the target segment. Uses webinars and email campaigns as appropriate.
  • Maintains oversight on digital plan execution and maintenance of digital assets.
  • Qualitatively and quantitatively analyses the competitive landscape. Collects and analyzes market intelligence and sets benchmarks.

  • Experience in managing Social Media platforms
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of email marketing, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Content Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, A/B testing with different methods across different digital channels
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience of at least an year with a start-up is preferred.
