  • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying our product and services, competitors, economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs.
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Plans and executes all online adverts through Facebook and etc to increase company and brand awareness.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to optimize user experience in all company s sites and portals.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Other responsibilities that may arise in the course if executing the role


  • Minimum Diploma in Advertising / Marketing or any relevant field.
  • 2 Years Minimum Experience in managing Digital Marketing team and Department
  • 8 Years Minimum Working Experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing field
  • Experience in Dropship related business / operation
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
