Hanu Reddy Group of Companies is looking for a young, dynamic, experienced, and proactive Marketing Manager to promote our company's brand and generate business. Hanu Reddy Realty is a 27-year-old established Real Estate brokerage firm which runs on the principles of Integrity, Transparency, and Competency. Over the years the company has diversified into the fields of Hospitality, Event Management, and Horticulture. The role of Marketing Manager will be expected to drive, strategize and oversee all marketing campaigns to promote all our verticals. This challenging job will encompass creative, analytical, digital, and coordinative responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities:
• Strategizing and developing marketing campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation
• Managing campaigns on Social Media
• Managing SEO, SEM and PPC campaigns
• Managing email marketing campaigns
• Monitoring websites and looking at data analytics
• Monitoring performance of digital marketing
• Identify and define target audiences

Minor Responsibilities:
• Writing and proofreading creative copy
• Managing offline marketing campaigns
• Promotional activities
 

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA with Specialization in Marketing preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Marketing (Offline & Online Marketing Combined experience mostly preferable)
• Should be a resident of Chennai.
• Age should be below 35.
