JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Requirement understanding, gathering & analysis and Documentation.
  • Preparation of Business requirement Document (BRD).
  • Preparation of Test Plans and UAT execution.
  • Evaluate customization and issues; builds recommendations of go or no-go decision.
  • Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
  • Work with Business, Finance, Credit, Risk and other functions to ideate and incorporate Technology Solutions that address company objective.
  • Change management, Release Management.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in financial services marketplace spanning investment banking, debt capital markets, institutional finance, retail lending & asset management
  • Overall, 4 to 8 years of in understanding business process management and business requirements of the product and translating them to specific functional (FRDs) and non-functional requirement documents and BRDs
  • Accurately defined dependencies, constraints, assumptions and risks
  • Worked collaboratively with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) by facilitating process reviews
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio of design projects, project management and research.
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., Figma, UXPin, Balsamiq)
  • Prepare plan for the programmers Requirements Phase at stream level
  • Assist with Functional Testing in UAT by writing Functional Test Cases and maintaining RTMs
  • Present / articulate / position an idea compellingly and ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
