JOB DETAIL

Requirement:

We are looking for candidates who have experience in Back office (Non Voice process) who have hands on experience with UK/ US process. Work timing will be 9 am to 6 pm Indian time(weekends off).

 

Job Process and Details of Work:

As a back office executive it is your job to process back office work based on documents and information provided. It is an important role as information in these systems is only valuable if it is accurate, up to date and useable. You will be part of the back office team and will play a valuable role in helping to grow the business.

Your role is to:

  • Ability to extract information and process from documents
  • Ability to correspond with our colleagues in UK through email
  • Mail merge and produce letters for mail shots to existing and potential customers.

 

Hours and Environment

This is a full-time job 9.00 am to 6pm Indian timing, Monday to Friday.

 

Skills and interests

Accuracy is the name of the game when it comes to the skills needed. The information you are working with is going to be used for senior level decision making and to reach customers so it's vital that it is correct. We have to be sure we are mailing information to the right people and that any communication is accurate and well presented.

Skills you'll need include:

  • A good understanding of English particularly written skills & oral skills
  • Computer literacy
  • An ability to work to deadlines
  • An ability to work accurately but quickly
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand the UK requirements

 

Experience:

  • 12 - 18 months in non-voice process

 

Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good understanding of the BPO industry

 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken, written and listening skills)
  • Ability to work on own initiative making informed decisions within area of responsibility

 

Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
