In depth and strong knowledge and hands on experience Hadoop, Horton Works, Scoop, Oozie workflows

Should have done complex complex data ingestions in Hadoop

Knowledge in Data modeling and DWH naming pattern

Data profiling knowledge

Knowledge in DWH and ETL concepts

Knowledge in ETL, Data preparation, doing data quality checks, working in multi layer DWH environment

Knowledge in DWH Tables and Mart creation and perf tuning and dealing with large data sets

Good to have experience in analytics space particularly in insights generation from data

Good communication skill and ability to lead the engagement from technical perspective

Ability to work with client stakeholders and architect to review design, take approvals, set up meetings with business and drive data integration discussions

Ability to work with business and IT teams to understand the requirements and create technical designs

Ability to manage teams and should have atleast 3 to 4 Years on team handling experience

Should be able plan the work allocation and ensure delivery on time

Ability to face customer and help team in technical issues

Abiltity to motivate the team with respect to take trainings and improve skills
